ThermoLine-VAC
Retort furnace

The ThermoLine-VAC series includes industrial furnaces and high-temperature furnaces, suitable for vacuum and process gas. Retort furnaces as so-called hot-wall furnaces offers a cost-effective alternative to large-capacity chamber furnaces. Depending on customer requirements, retort furnaces are designed for high vacuum (1*10-6 mbar) as well as for all process gas atmospheres (in particular argon (Ar), nitrogen (N2), hydrogen (H2) and mixtures thereof).

Custom-made retort furnace

Depending on the retort material, systems for temperatures up to approx. 1200 °C can be realized. The retort is heated from the outside with a conventional furnace. We also manufacture these high-temperature furnaces according to the customer's special requirements. This enables to achieve the best possible results for stress-relief annealing of components, sintering and debinding of ceramics as well as sintering and debinding of metals or other materials. We manufacture our vacuum furnaces or inert gas furnaces as industrial furnaces or laboratory plants.
