Sintering of metals and metal powders
After shaping metal powders, these fine- or coarse-grained green compacts can be transformed into a solid workpiece by means of sintering.
Process management decisive
The sintered product only acquires its final shape and properties through heat treatment. Under vacuum, process gases or overpressure and defined temperature ranges, properties such as hardness, strength or thermal diffusivity required for the respective metal components can be influenced.
