Process management decisive
In vacuum soldering or process gas soldering, the process conditions are also decisive for a clean solder joint. Vacuum, inert gas or hydrogen reduce the oxidation of the component surface and enable good wetting with the solder. Depending on the melting temperatures of the solder, the temperature ranges of the process must be adjusted.
