Change of Managing Director at IBT.InfraBioTech GmbH

Robert Eder Ph.D. was appointed sole managing director of IBT.InfraBioTech GmbH as of 1 January 2020. He succeeds Thomas Kaltofen, who has successfully managed IBT since 2010.

Robert Eder holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering and has been working for IBT as Technical Director since 2014. He thus has many years of experience in the field of special mechanical engineering of thermal plants.

Robert Eder is looking forward to the new professional challenge: "I would like to continue the successful work of Thomas Kaltofen with our highly motivated team. Since our foundation in 2000, we have continuously developed as a producer of thermal systems," says Eder. "Today, IBT is one of the most innovative full-service providers in the field of heat and radiation technology. With our industrial ovens, we realise complex thermal processes for plastics, composites, paint drying and industrial food production. My goal is to further expand the high quality of our products and thus maintain customer satisfaction at a high level in the long term.
