Heating systems for warming of bakery products (Berliners)
This project consists of two plants for warming bakery products (Berliners). They are integrated as partial station in a complete production line. The device consists of a frame in C-shape and a STIR®-spotlight module with 6 pieces STIR®-tubular heating elements. On the back of the heating-field reflectors were integrated. This leads to an increase in energy efficiency by reducing energy losses. The entire plant is made of stainless steel because the use will be in the food applications.
Via a control unit the required heat output can be adjusted as well as the reached product temperature can be monitored through a display. The measurement of the product temperature occurs contactless by means of pyrometer.
