Heating and sintering of natural fibre/plastic -composite material as a batch process

This pilot plant for heating and sintering of natural fibre/plastic-composite material as a batch process is integrated into a complete production line. The plant consists of a frame as a holder, a temperature control and 2 infrared modules with 6 pieces STIR® infrared quartz heaters. Rear installed reflectors ensure an increase in energy efficiency by reducing energy losses.

The plant is made of aluminum profiles, so that they can be variably adapted to the respective process conditions. The setting of the desired product temperature and the regulation according the ACTUAL temperature of the material are possible by the control. The measurement of the material temperature occurs contactless by means of pyrometer.
